At TikTik Global, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your Aether X Smartwatch, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
